The wires are less obtrusive than the channels used in Ziptrak® or Zipscreen blinds, making them perfect for areas that require multiple blinds next to each other or minimal obstruction.

Wire Guided Outdoor Blinds can be raised using a spring assist, crank handle or motorisation for the most effortless use. Our extensive range of options allows blinds to be custom made to most circumstances, including openings up to 5.8m wide.

Wire Guided blinds are often used with Somfy Motorisation as they do not involve any manual locking clips or hold downs. Together with the latest Veue cassette box, this makes it perfect for an outdoor area requiring high end shading solutions. How Does It Work?
Wire Guided Straight Drop Verandah Blinds are comprised of a piece of fabric attached to an aluminium tube at the top, with an exposed square shaped bottom bar. The fabric, attached to the bottom rail, runs seamlessly up and down stainless steel wires.
Fabric Options
With Adelaide’s largest choice of outdoor fabrics, you can choose from our broad range of colours, patterns and textures – including traditional poly-cotton canvas from Somerton and Brella, the latest generation PVC coated woven polyester mesh, and acrylic fabrics.
Easy Operation
This style of Straight Drop Awning can be operated manually, by a crank gearbox, or by a remote controlled or switch controlled motor. It doesn’t get much simpler than that!
